1 1/2 LB.: LOAF,
1 1/2 tsp: Active dry yeast,
2 tbsp: Sugar,
3 cup: Bread flour,
1 tsp: Salt,
2 tbsp: Dill weed,
1 each: Egg,
3/4 cup: Cottage cheese,
3 ounce: Warm water,
1/2 cup: Sourdough starter,
1 LB.: LOAF,
1 tsp: Active dry yeast,
1 1/2 tbsp: Sugar,
2 cup: Bread flour,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
4 tsp: Dill weed,
1 each: Egg,
1/2 cup: Cottage cheese,
1/4 cup: Warm water,
1/4 cup: Sourdough starter,

Directions:
NOTE: For Panasonic/National machines, use 2 1/2 tsp. of yeast for
the 1 1/2 pound loaf.
