Quick Pita Breakfast Recipe

1 small: Apple, diced
1/2: Whole wheat pita bread,
1/4 cup: Low-fat cottage cheese,
-pocket,
1 tbsp: Raisins,
Directions:
Combine apple, cottage cheese and raisins. Fill pita pocket with
mixture. Makes 1 serving, 1 sandwich.
