Sourdough Oatmeal Bread Abm Recipe
Yield: 16 ServingsRecipe by luhu.jp
Ingredients:
1/2 tbsp: Yeast,
3/4 cup: Oats,
2 1/4 cup: Flour, bread
1 tbsp: Sugar,
1/2 tbsp: Salt,
2 tbsp: Oil,
1 3/4 cup: Sourdough starter,
2 tbsp: Water,
Directions:
Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in
order. Set "baking control" at 10 oclock. Select "white bread" and
push Start.
Tested in DAK R2D2. Sylvias comments: top cracked, try less flour &
more starter.
Cathys notes: This is a very moist sourdough bread.
