1/2 cup: Barley flour,
1 3/4 cup: Bread flour w/,
1 tbsp: Gluten in bottom of cup,
3/4 cup: Med rye flour,
1 1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 1/2 tbsp: Sugar,
1 1/2 tbsp: Dry milk,
3 tsp: Caraway seeds,
2 tsp: Dried onion,
2 tsp: Dry yeast,

Directions:
This is a tasty; chewy bread.
