1 tsp: Seasoned pepper,
1 tsp: Ground dried mild chiles,
1/4 tsp: Cayenne pepper,
1 tsp: Seasoned salt,

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mash until smooth. Makes about 2
Tbsp.
