1 can: 15 oz. garbanzo beans, rinsd
2: Celery ribs, sliced
1 Medium: onion, diced
1 Medium: tomato, diced, or can
Stewed or diced tomatoes,
1 cup: Corn, frozen or canned
3/4 cup: Thick and chunky salsa,
1/4 cup: Veg oil,
1/4 cup: Lime juice,
1 1/2 tsp: Chili powder,
1 tsp: Salt,
1/2 tsp: Ground cumin,
Directions:
combine beans, celery, onion, tomato and corn. combine dressing
ingredients, mix well. chill for at least two hours.
