Southwestern Beef & Beans Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Dried pinto beans,
6 cup: Cold water,
1/2 lbs: Salt pork, cut up
1 lbs: Lean chuck steak, cut into
1: " cubes,
1 each: Red chili peppers or....,
1/2 tsp: Crushed red pepper,
1 each: Medium onions, chopped
2 Cloves: garlic, minced
6 ounce: Tomato paste,
1 1/2 tbsp: Chili powder,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: Cumin seed,
1/2 tsp: Marjoram,

Directions:
Soak beans in water overnight. Brown salt pork in skillet or
slow-cooking pot with browning unit. In slow-cooking pot, combine
soaked beans (with water), browned pork, and remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 9 to 10 hours.
