Spaghetti Salad With Balsamic Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:
SALAD:,
8 ounce: Uncooked spaghetti, broken into thirds
6: Green onions, cut into 1/4 inch pieces
4: Italian plum tomatoes, cut in half lengthwise, sliced
4 ounce: Mozzarella cheese, diced
, 1 cup
DRESSING:,
1/4 cup: Olive oil,
1/4 cup: Balsamic vinegar,
1 tsp: Sugar,
1/2 tsp: Dried basil leaves,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
Directions:
Cook spaghetti to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain;
rinse in cold water to cool.
In medium bowl, combine cooked spaghetti and all remaining salad
ingredients.
In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend well. Add to
salad; toss to coat. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate
until serving time. Yield: 8 (3/4-cup) servings. Typed in MMFormat
