French-style Peas Recipe

Ingredients:
3 Leaves: Lettuce,
1 tbsp: Butter,
18 ounce: Peas, Frozen
1/2 tsp: Salt And Pepper,
1/4 tsp: Sugar,
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
Directions:
In large skillet with tight-fitting lid melt 1 tbsp. butter Spread 2
or 3 lettuce leaves in skillet. Add 18 oz. peas. Dot with 3 Tbsp.
butter sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. sugar and 1/8 tsp.
pepper. Cook over low heat 30 min. til tender.
