Fresh Sorrel Mayonnaise Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Very fresh plain yogurt,
1/2 cup: Low fat mayonnaise,
1/2 lbs: Fresh sorrel, stems removed
1 tbsp: Soy sauce,
1: Garlic clove, finely chopped
1 dash: Cayenne,
Directions:
In a food processor or blender, blend all ingredients together well.
Yield: 1 1/2 cups.
