German Leberknoedel (liver Dumplings) Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 lbs: Liver, ground
1 Medium: onion, minced
2 tbsp: Butter,
1/4 lbs: Raw spinach,
2: Eggs, well beaten
2 tbsp: Parsley, chopped
1 tbsp: Flour,

Directions:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into small balls. Drop into
boiling soup and cook for 5 minutes.
