Spiced Onions Recipe

Ingredients:
2 each: Onions, thinly sliced and separated into rings
6 tbsp: Olive oil,
4 tbsp: Red wine vinegar,
2 tbsp: Or 3 T sugar,
2 tbsp: Hot pepper sauce,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
Directions:
1. Drop onions into a large pot of boiling water. Turn off heat
immediately, count rapidly to 30, and drain in a colander. Cool under
running water and drain thoroughly. 2. Mix remaining ingredients
together, add onions, marinate overnight. Serve at room temperature
if you can remember.
