1/4 cup: Hot water,
1/2 cup: Smooth peanut butter,
1/3 cup: Soy sauce,
1/4 cup: Lemon juice,
1 tsp: Cayenne pepper,
1 dash: Of Tabasco sauce, optional
1/4 cup: Brown sugar or honey,
1/4 cup: Sherry,

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Serve over Chinese pork dumplings or pasta.
