Spicy Tuna Patties Recipe

Ingredients:
1: Onion, chopped
2 Cloves: garlic, crushed
1 tsp: Cumin,
1/4 tsp: Coriander,
1/2 tsp: Cayenne pepper,
1/2 tsp: Dry mustard,
2: Eggs, beaten
2 can: Tuna,
1/2 cup: Bread or cracker crumbs,
1 tbsp: Parsley,
1 tsp: Lemon juice,
2 tbsp: Flour,
Salt & pepper,
Directions:
Fry onions in oil until soft then add garlic and seasonings. In a
bowl mix the final 7 ingredients. Next add sauteed onions. Make 8
patties from the mixture and fry in oil until browned.
