Ginger-mushroom Saute Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Mushrooms,
1 tsp: Each butter & Vegetable oil,
1 tbsp: Soy sauce,
2: Whole green onions, sliced
2 tsp: Finely grated gingerroot,
Freshly ground black pepper,

Directions:
1. Clean mushrooms and slice. Set aside. In a large frying pan,
heat butter and oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms and remaining
ingredients. Saute for 3 to 5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
Serve with grilled steak or chicken. Source: Chatelaine Magazine.
