Ginger Salad Dressing (tcvc49a) Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Sesame or soy oil,
1/4 cup: Soy sauce,
1/3 cup: Diced Onion,
1/4 cup: Diced celery,
3 tbsp: Rice wine vinegar, plus
1 tsp: Rice wine vinegar,
2 tbsp: Diced fresh ginger,
2 tsp: Sugar,
1 1/2 tsp: Grated lemon peel,
1/2 tsp: Catsup,
1/4 tsp: Black pepper,

Directions:
Place all ingredients into blender or food processor and blend until
vegetables are pureed. Store in covered jar. Shake thoroughly before
using.
