Ginger Sherry Pork Chops ** Recipe

1/3 cup: Dry sherry,
2 tbsp: Soy sauce,
1 tbsp: Vegetable oil,
1 tbsp: Gingerroot, finely chopped
1 tsp: Honey,
1: Garlic clove, finely chopped
4: Butterfly pork chops, 1" thick
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except pork in shallow glass dish. Place pork in
dish; turn to coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate at least 1
hour. Remove pork from marinade; reserve marinade. Cover and grill
4-5" from medium coals, 14-16 minutes, brushing occasionally with
marinade and turning once, until no longer pink in center.
