1/4 cup: Cracked wheat,
1 tbsp: Molasses,
1: Egg,
1 tbsp: Oil,
1/2: Orange, grated zest of
1 tsp: Salt,
2 tsp: Fennel, or anise seeds
1/2 cup: Water,
1/2 cup: Buttermilk,
1 1/2 tsp: Active dry yeast,
