Strawberry Romanoff Recipe

Ingredients:
8 ounce: Strawberries,
1 tbsp: Icing Sugar, Sifted
2 tbsp: Grand Marnier or Cointreau,
1/2 pint: Double Cream,
2 medium: Sized Dar Chocolate Easter eggs,

TO DECORATE
Strawberry or Mint leaves,

Directions:
Halve the strawberries and place in a bowl. Sprinkle with the sugar
and pour over the liquer, then leave to soak for 30 minutes.

Set aside some of the strawberries for decoration. Whip the cream
until it holds its shape the carefully fold in the strawberries and
their juice.

Spoon the cream mixture into the easter egg halves and decorate with
the reserved strawberries and strawberry or mint leaves.
