Sugar & Spice Apple Nut Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
4 tbsp: Butter,
1 cup: Sugar,
1: Egg,
1 cup: Flour,
1 tsp: Baking soda,
1 tsp: Cinnamon,
1/2 tsp: Nutmeg,
Salt, pinch
1 tsp: Vanilla,
2 cup: Apples, finely chopped, 2lg
1/2 cup: Nuts,
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar; add egg; sift in dry ingredients. Add vanilla,
nuts, and apples. Bake in 8" square pan for 35-40 minutes. Serve with
