Green Rice - Weight Watchers Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Uncooked Rice,
2 can: Cream Of Mushroom Soup,
1 bunch: Green Onions, sliced
3/4 cup: Celery, sliced
1 lbs: Bag Broccoli, chopped
4 tbsp: Diet Margarine, (melted)
8 ounce: Shredded Cheese, (Velveeta

Directions:
Combine rice and melted margarine. Add onions, cheese, celery,
broccoli (frozen) and soup. Stir to mix. Place in 2 qt casserole and
bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until rice is cooked (Cover while
baking).

Makes 8 servings:
1 bread
3/4 fat
1 protein
1 vegetable
15 optional calories
