Guasacaca Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
3 each: Yellow bell peppers,
3 each: Yellow onions, large
10 each: Habenero peppers,
5 each: Garlic cloves,
1/2 cup: Brown sugar packed,
1/2 cup: Cider vinegar,
1 tsp: Seasoned salt,

Directions:
Coarse chop bell peppers, onions, and garlic. Add all ingredients to
blender and run until smooth. Sample and add more habeneros if
needed to bring this little jewel to full flavor.
