Healthy Choice Crab Dip Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Nonfat yogurt, or sour
Cream,
2 tbsp: Fat free mayo,
8 ounce: Fat free cream cheese --,
Softened,
1 tsp: Prepared horseradish,
1/2 tsp: Dry mustard,
1/2 tsp: Worcestershire sauce,
1/2 tsp: Hot pepper sauce,
1 cup: Fat free chedder cheese,
1/2 lbs: Imitation crab, flaked
Paprika,

Directions:
Combine yogurt, mayo, cream cheese, and seasonings. Mix well. Then,
stir in cheddar cheese and crab. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
Sprinkle with Paprika. Serve with crackers, bread sticks or veggies.
I like to serve it warm!! So heat in oven or microwave until cheese
is melted - YUM! 3 tbsp. serving - 44 Calories, 9 g protein, 2 g
carbohydrates, less than 1 gram fat,
10 mg cholesterol & 194mg sodium
