Healthy Lemon Bars Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Flour,
1/2 cup: Butter or margarine,
1/4 cup: Brown sugar,
3: Eggs, well beaten
2 cup: Brown sugar,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 cup: Coconut, finely shredded
1/2 cup: Raisins,
1 cup: Walnuts, optional
2 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1 tsp: Grated lemon rind,
Directions:
Heat oven to 350F. Mix flour, butter and 1/4 cup sugar thoroughly.
Press= firmly into bottom of lightly greased oblong pan 13x 9 1/2 x
2. Bake 10= minutes. Mix eggs, 2 cups sugar and salt together. Stir
in rest of= ingredients, spread over the partially baked bottom
layer. Bake about 25= minutes. Top will be lightly brown.
