Hearty Vegetable Stew Recipe

Ingredients:
32 ounce: Tomato juice,
14 1/2 ounce: Tomatoes, pureed
2 cup: Water,
2 large: Potatoes, chopped
15 ounce: Garbanzo beans, canned --
Drained,
15 ounce: Kidney beans, canned --
Drained,
1 cup: Lentils, rinsed and
Drained,
1 large: Onion, chopped
2 tsp: Garlic powder,
1 cup: Red pepper, diced
1 cup: Green pepper, diced
10 ounce: Frozen broccoli, chopped
2 large: Carrots, grated
2 tbsp: Dried parsley,
2 tbsp: Chili powder,
1 tsp: Dried basil,
1 tsp: Ground cumin,

Directions:

Combine everything. After bringing to a boil, reduce heat & simmer,
covered, 30 - 45 minutes or until lentils are tender.
