Ingredients:

FOR POULTRY, PORK, FISH
3/4 cup: Soy sauce,
1/4 cup: Dry sherry,
1 Small: carrot, peeled, minced
1: Garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp: Sweet red pepper, minced
1 1/2 tsp: Ginger root, minced
2 Small: scallions, chopped
1 tsp: Lemon peel, grated

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1-1/4 cups
