Directions:
Water.................1-1/2 cups 100% stoned ground whole wheat
flour...........3 cups Wheat gluten..........3/8 cup
Honey.................3 tablespoons Salt..................2 teaspoons
(heaping) Dry yeast 4 teaspoons
METHOD: 1. Premix in a bowl, whole wheat flour, gluten and salt.
Make sure it is room temperature.
2. Pour lukewarm water (110 deg.F) into bread pan.
3. Sprinkle yeast into water in bread pan.
4. Add honey (spreading around) into bread pan.
5. Add the premixed ingredients into bread pan.
6. Turn the flours in each corner one time with a large spoon.
7. Put bread pan immediately into Home Bakery.
8. Select BREAD menu 9. Use either LIGHT or MEDIUM color.

2 tb Cornstarch
1 c Milk
1 pk Chocolate cake mix
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Shortening
1/2 c Butter, softened
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Plus 2 T melted butter
6 tb Baking cocoa
3 c Confectioners sugar
1 Egg
2 1/2 tb Hot water
1 ts Vanilla

1. Combine the milk and cornstarch in a saucepan, and cook over
medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Set aside and let
cool at room temperature.

2. Prepare the cake mix as per directions for a 9 x
13 inch pan. Bake.

3. Cream sugar, shortening, and butter in a mixing bowl until light
and fluffy. Add 1 tsp vanilla, and milk mixture. Spread over warm
cake; let cool completely!

4. Combine melted butter and cocoa in a bowl; mix well. Add
confectioners sugar, egg, hot water and vanilla. Mix well. Pour over
cooled frosted cake. Chill in refrigerator until set.
