Holiday Brunch Egg Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
10: Eggs,
1/2 cup: Flour,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
4 tbsp: Butter,
1 pint: Cottage cheese, small curd
1 tsp: Baking powder,
16 ounce: Monterey Jack, shredded
2 cup: Chilies, green, chopped
1 lbs: Ham, sliced
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Melt butter. Chop ham. Beat eggs until light-lemon-colored.
Add flour and remaining ingredients. Pour into well-greased
casserole dish. Bake 40 minutes, until knife inserted in middle
comes out clean.
