Tart Kebab Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Dates, pitted, chopped
1/2 cup: Raisins,
2 tbsp: Cider vinegar,
1 tsp: Salt,
3 tbsp: Sugar,
1/2 cup: Vegetable oil,
1 tsp: Ginger, ground

Directions:
Mix the ingredients together then put into a blender and `puree them
into a smooth mixture. Heat the mixture in a sauce pan until
thoroughly heated. Use as a warm dipping sauce for kebabs. ORIGIN:
