Juice of 1 lemon only,
1 tsp: Minced onion,
1: Egg white,
1/2 tsp: Fresh chives finely chopped,
30: Barquettes-boat shaped,

Directions:
MIx well minced salmon, capers, lemon juice, onion, egg white and
chives and portion into 30 equal parts. Top barquettes and serve. If
barquettes are not available, use round 1 inch croutons or similar
cracker as base.
