Tartar Sauce #6 Recipe

Ingredients:
3/4 cup: Mayonnaise,
2 tsp: Olives, green minced
1 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1 tsp: Capers, drained -- minced
1/2 tsp: Lemon rind grated,
1 small: Egg, cooked hard -- peeled
1 tbsp: Parsley, finely minced
Finely chopped,
2 tsp: Scallion, green and white
Salt and pepper to taste,
Finely minced,
Tiny pinch curry powder,

Directions:
Beat the mayonnaise with the lemon juice and rind. Fold in the
remaining ingredients, seasoning to taste. Chill several hours before
