1: Eggplant, peeled and diced
3 cup: Light tomato sauce,
1/2 small: Onion, diced
1/4 tsp: Basil,
1/4 tsp: Oregano,
Salt and pepper to taste,
Directions:
Fry beef and eggplant in oil in skillet (or eggplant may be deep-
fried).Prepare light tomato sauce.Combine with remaining ingredients.
