2 large: Tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and diced
2: Green peppers, diced and lightly fried
1 bunch: Cilantro, chopped fine
1/4 tsp: Cayenne pepper,
1 1/2 tsp: Cumin,
1/4 cup: Olive oil,
1 tsp: Salt,
1: Garlic clove, chopped fine
1 cup: Lemon juice,
1/2: Onion, chopped fine

Directions:
Mix all ingredients and serve
