Honey Crunch Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:
6 Round: bread rolls,
1/2 cup: Butter, melted
1/2 cup: Honey,
Topping:,
1/4 cup: Coconut,
1/4 cup: Brown sugar,

Directions:
1. place 3-4 diagonal cuts in bread leaving bottom crust intact.

2. cream the butter and honey and spread the mixture in between
slices and over the top of the bread.

3. combine the last 2 ingredients and sprinkle over the top of the
bread.

4. place on an oven slide and cover with aluminum foil. bake at 200
degrees c for 10 minutes and then uncovered for a further 10 minutes.
