Hot Chinese Mustard Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: Dry mustard,
2 tbsp: Cold water or flat beer,

Directions:
Put dry mustard in cup or small bowl. Gradually add cold water,
stirring until thoroughly mixed. Make only a small amount needed at
a time, for it dries on standing.
