Impossible Chicken Tamale Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup: Cut-up cooked chicken,
1 cup: Frozen corn, thawed, drained
1 package: Taco seasoning mix,
1 cup: Shredded Jack/cheddar cheese,
1 1/4 cup: Milk,
1 can: 4oz. green chilies, chopped
3/4 cup: Bisquick,
3: Eggs,
Sour cream,
Shredded lettuce,
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Greese a 10 in. pie plate. Mix chicken,corn and
seasoning mix: spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with the chilies and
cheese. Beat milk, eggs and bisquick until all lumps are out. pour
into greased pie plate. Bake 25-30 minutes or until knife comes out
clean. Cool a bit and serve with the sour cream and shredded lettuce.
