Turkey Sauteed With Pears & Pecans Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Turkey breast slices,
2 tbsp: Olive oil,
2: Garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tsp: Peppercorns, cracked*
1/2 tsp: Salt, opt
1/3 cup: Apple juice,
2 tbsp: Whipping cream,
2: Pears, sliced 1/4" thick
1/2 cup: Pecan halves, toasted

Heat oil in 12" skillet over medium-high heat until oil sizzles,
about 1 minute. Place turkey breast slices and garlic in skillet.
Cook about 1-2 minutes on each side or unitl turkey breasts are
lightly browned. Sprinkle with peppercorns and salt. Pour in apple
juice and cream over slices. Add pears. Cover; cook 1-2 minutes
longer or until pears are heated. Sprinkle with toasted pecans. If
desired, serve on a bed of hot fluffy rice.
