1/2 lbs: Turkey, ground
2 tbsp: Green chiles, chopped
CORNMEAL MIXTURE-----,
3/4 cup: Broth, chicken
1/4 cup: , water
1/4 cup: Oil, vegetable
1 cup: Yellow cornmeal,
1/2 tsp: Baking powder,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Pepper, black, freshly
Grnd,

Directions:

pn Pepper, red; 1 c Corn, whole-kernel; 1/4 c Onions, green; chopped
1/2 pk Dried corn husks for tamales ~(about 20) soaked 2 hours* x
