Italian-seasoned Breaded Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Italian seasoned dry bread,
Crumbs,
1/3 cup: Grated Parmesan cheese,
2/3 cup: Hellmanns Real Mayonnaise,
6 cup: Assorted vegetables, such as
Broccoli florets, carrot
Sticks, mushrooms,
Green or red pepper strips,
Yellow squash,
And/or zucchini strips,
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425F. Place bread crumbs and cheese in plastic food
bag, shake to combine. Place mayonnaise in another bag; add
vegetables and shake to coat. Add mayonnaise-coated vegetables, half
at a time, to crumb mixture; shake to coat well. Place on ungreased
cookie sheet separating so that pieces do not touch. Bake 10 minutes
or until golden. Makes 6 to
8 servings.
