Italian-style Oven Dinner Recipe

Ingredients:
1: Red bell pepper, sliced
1: Green bell pepper, sliced
1 can: Italian peeled toamtoes, drained and cut up, 28 oz
1 lbs: Italian sausage, cut in 2" chunks
2: Garlic cloves, minced
1: Chicken, 3 pound, cut up
1 tbsp: Olive oil,
Salt,
Pepper,
1/2 tsp: Black pepper,
Directions:
Put pepper, tomatoes, and sausage chunks in a baking pan and sprinkle
with garlic. Arrange chicken on top. Brush chicken with olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour and 15
minutes, until tender, basting frequently.
