2 tbsp: Lime juice, freshly
Squeezed,
1/2 tsp: Black pepper,
2 1/2 tbsp: Sherry vinegar,
1/2: Fresh jalapeno pepper --,

1/2 tsp: Dijon mustard,
1/3 cup: Olive oil,
1 tsp: Salt,
Directions:
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except the
olive oil and whirl 1 to 2 minutes. With machine running, add olive
oil, 1 tbs at a time. Chill. Makes 1 cup
