Jam Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup: Sugar,
1 cup: Butter,
4 tbsp: Buttermilk, dissolved with
1 tsp.: of soda,
1 cup: Blackberry jam,
2 cup: Flour,
1/2 tsp: Cinnamon,
1/2 tsp: Allspice,
4: Eggs,
ICING:,
6 tbsp: Cream,
6 tbsp: Butter,
2 cup: Brown sugar,
1 tsp: Vanilla,

Directions:
Mix the first 7 ingredients together, then add eggs one at a time.
Mix well and pour batter into 3 well greased and floured cake pans.
Bake at 350 degrees until done. Icing: Cook until it forms soft ball
