1/2 cup: Ripe olives, chop
2 dash: Pepper,
1 tbsp: Red pimento, dice
1/2 cup: Sliced canned mushrooms,
1/2 cup: Sauterne,
1 dash: Parsely,
6 Patty: shells,
Directions:
Cook lobster tails according to package directions and remove meat
from shells. Make sauce by melting butter and mixing in flour,
working to a smooth paste. Add milk, a small amount at first, and mix
