1 3/4 cup: Flour,
2 cup: Cornmeal,
3 tbsp: Sugar,
3 tbsp: Shortening,
2 cup: Milk,
2 tsp: Cream tartar,
1 tsp: Soda,
1 Pinch: of salt,
2 each: Eggs,
Directions:
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Beat eggs and add milk, stir
into dry ingredients and lastly add melted shortening. Put in greased
8x8 pan and bake in
375 oven for 20-25 min.
