Joys Enchiladas Recipe

Ingredients:
2: 3 lbs. hamburger,
1: Dozen,
2 small: Onions, chopped
19 ounce: Can enchilada sauce,
1 lbs: Cheddar cheese, shredded
Corn tortillas,
Directions:
Brown beef in skillet. Add chopped onion and saute until tender.
Drain. Layer in casserole dish or pan; tortillas, meat sauce and
shredded cheese, ending with cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for
25 minutes.
