Viceless Riceless Pudding (lf) - Looney Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Skim milk,
1/2 cup: Plus,
1 tbsp: Couscous,
2 1/2 tbsp: Brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup: Dark raisins,
1/4 tsp: Cinnamon,
1/3 cup: NF yogurt,
Directions:
1. In small saucepan, heat milk until just boiling. Stir in
couscous, sugar, raisins and cinnamon. Remove mixture from heat and
cover with tight-fitting lid. Allow to sit 10 mins, until milk is
absorbed. Stir in yogurt and serve.
