Wheat Free Pie Crust Recipe

Yield: 1 Pie crust

Ingredients:
1 cup: AM Barley Flour OR- other flour,
1/4 cup: Oil, preferably cold
3 tbsp: Cold water,

Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Press into pie plate with fingers. Prick
with fork. For precooked crust, bake at 350 F. for 20 to 25 minutes.
