Ingredients:
1 tbsp: Butter,
1 cup: Milk,
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
1 tbsp: Flour,
1/4 tsp: Salt,

Directions:

Melt butter and add the flour and stir until blended. Slowly add the
milk and cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Add
seasonings and cook 2 minutes longer.
