Herb Rolls Recipe

Yield: 12 servings

Ingredients:
1 1/3 cup: Water,
2 tbsp: Rosemary or other flavored olive oil,
1 tsp: Garlic, minced
1 tbsp: Sugar,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: Black pepper, ground
1 tbsp: Dried basil, or 1/4 c. fresh
4 cup: Bread flour,
2 tsp: Yeast,

Directions:
Herb rolls make great sandwich or dinner rolls. Make ordinary rolls or use
the "Daisy Wreath" directions.

Remove dough from machine when done and punch down on a lightly floured
board. Break dough into 12 to 15 equal pieces; shape into small balls and
place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Cover with a clean kitchen towel
and let rise for approximately one hour in a warm, draft-free location.
Bake in a preheated 350 F. oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Plain olive oil may
be substituted for the flavored oil.
