Lemon, Honey & Walnut Cheese Recipe

Yield: 2 cups

Ingredients:
16 ounce: Lowfat cottage cheese,
1/3 cup: Honey,
2 tbsp: Fresh lemon juice,
1 tbsp: Grated lemon zest,
1/4 tsp: Ground cloves,
1/2 cup: Toasted & finely chopped,
Walnuts,

Directions:
In a medium bowl and using a wire whisk, beat together the cottage cheese,
honey, lemon juice, zest, and cloves. Stir in the walnuts. Transfer to a
container with a tight-fitting lid. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
The cheese keeps for at least one week in the refrigerator.
